Our Story
Born from a love of plant-based food, and a limited number of establishments in the Spokane area. Who all seem to be closed on Tuesdays.
We decided to offer another Vegan option for Spokane. An option that is not stuck in one location. That will not be closed on Tuesdays. Our goal is to be where you want us to be, as well as at concerts, fairs, and outdoor markets. As vegans we have found it very hard to find food when we go out to events. This was one of the main reasons we decided we wanted a food truck.
Our goal is to be up and running and on the road mid 2026.
